Who We Are

Jenn McAleer, is an efficient administrative assistant, often called an administrative assistant expert and UNICORN by her peers and friends. She is also the Founder of J Group International.  Jenn and her team are elite efficiency experts that can help struggling professionals, corporate or entrepreneur types, get out of their own way with the struggles of the pesky day-to-day tasks and allow them the opportunity to fully focus on what drives the business forward to grow and make money.

At the beginning for 2017, while observing one of her close friends strive to leave their corporate job behind and move forward with their goal of opening their own business, Jenn saw that her friend was struggling with the day-to-day minutia of opening a business and that her friend could not focus on scaling and growth. She stepped in and started handling the day-to-day tasks that has allowed her friend to focus on the growth of her business.  

Jenn's unique ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure maximum efficiency has made her successful in her own career to the point she where she worked her way up from an administrative assistant to Operations Manager. She accomplished all this while venturing out on her own path of establishing J Group International to provide remote support to individuals who are wanting to venture out on their own as well, but lacked the administrative support to focus on their growth and development.
